Since its founding in 2004, Arguendo has grown into a dynamic, medium-sized law firm at the heart of the Belgian legal landscape.

We are a boutique law firm with a strong specialization in cash collection. Our firm serves both national and international clients. Our expertise covers all stages of dispute resolution: from conducting negotiations, to litigating in court, to enforcing judicial decisions.

In addition, we provide business advice that enables us to effectively guide our clients through the complex and constantly evolving legal landscape. When desired, our lawyers also work in-house with the client.

Our offices are located in carefully chosen prime locations, as we believe our clients deserve only the best — not only in legal assistance, but also in the environment in which they are received. Clients are therefore warmly welcome at the Corda Campus in Hasselt or at Spaces Court of Justice in Brussels, right next to the Palace of Justice.
