Since its founding, Arguendo has grown from a solo practice into a dynamic and mid-sized law firm at the heart of the Belgian legal landscape.

What began as the law practice of Jeroen Minnekeer in 2004 transformed into Arguendo in 2016 through a partnership with Wim Verheyen. This collaboration marked the beginning of a new chapter in our pursuit of legal excellence.

Our name, derived from the Latin legal term meaning “for the sake of argument,” reflects our innovative approach to legal solutions.

In 2017, we made a strategic move to the Corda Campus in Hasselt—an innovation hub where forward-thinking enterprises shape the solutions of tomorrow. This environment perfectly aligns with our commitment to groundbreaking legal services, particularly in our specialization in cash collection.

2023 marked another milestone with the opening of our Brussels office, strategically located next to the Palace of Justice. This expansion places us at the legal heart of Belgium, enabling us to serve our clients even more efficiently and with a broader reach.
